Dr. Ernest Cox Jr. is a consultant who specializes in School Counseling, School Based Mental Health, Education, Organizational Leadership, and System Reform. He has 20 years of experience in public and private education serving in multiple capacities including Counselor Educator and Supervisor, Director of School Counseling and Wellness, School Counselor, and Educator.
Over the past 20 years he has consulted with over 50 school districts and has presented at numerous conferences and workshops at the local, state, and national levels. His work focuses on supporting system transformation, building sustainable programs, utilizing data to increase counseling services, and designing strategic systems to creating program alignment .
