School counseling, school based mental health, educational leadership, and organization system design consultation services supporting the transformation of practices. Creating a strategic implementation plan grounded on measurable objectives established. Working with school districts to assess and analyze data, work with stakeholders, and create a plan to sustain and deliver comprehensive services to all students. Building relationships and creating plans to develop, implement, and evaluate programs supported in policy, procedure, marketing strategies, capital development, and organizational operations.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive counseling and wellness program to provide a high quality and effective counseling and wellness model addressing the personal, social, academic, and career development competencies of all students so that they may realize and achieve their personal goals. Continually re-evaluating and transforming the counseling and wellness program framework, to align with the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs and the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning. Guide the counseling and wellness team to design and utilize measurably effective counseling services.

School counseling program coordinator overseeing, designing, organizing, and implementing the school counseling program standards preparing graduate students for the role of Professional School Counseling. Collaborating with all stakeholders for continuous improvement of existing curriculum within the College while fostering innovation, development of new programs, revision of curriculum to improve student outcomes and retention, analyzing and interpretation of data, and conducting research related to the effectiveness of initiatives.
